Booking & cancellation policy
We understand plans change. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment – late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% of the booked service.

Why do prices vary between stylists?
Prices reflect each stylist's level and experience – Creative Stylist, Senior Creative Stylist or Director (Della Lloyd). Every level is fully qualified.
How much is balayage in Maidenhead?
Balayage at The Salon starts from £160, or £180 with toners included. A refresh balayage starts from £95.
Do I need a skin test before colour?
Yes, if you're new to us or haven't had colour with us for a while, we'll need a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Is there a charge for long or thick hair?
Extra-long or thick hair may carry a small surcharge (shown under each price list) as it takes more time and product.
